Amanda Olsen, the president of the Rotary Club of Estevan, said those who had a chance to partake in the fest last year can expect something similar this time. It s going to be very similar to how we operated last year. We re pre-selling our precooked lobsters. They re freshly cooked the day before, out of the East Coast, and flown into Estevan. So we are pre-selling the tickets.
