The first edition of the Michael Sowers and Brennan O’Neill show was a smashing success.  O’Neill, IL’s No. 1-ranked freshman and the most hyped recruit in recent memory, scored a hat trick in No. 1 Duke’s 12-10 win over No. 5 Denver on Friday afternoon. Look no further...well, look just far enough down the page where you'll see who I'm keeping an eye on as potential high picks down the road. In my way early mock drafts, I generally include a short watch list for the following years as well. This year, the story felt long enough with just my projected 2020 first round players, so I decided to add some follow up stories. 

Utah gave No. 5 Denver everything it had to open the 2021 college lacrosse season on Saturday.  After the Utes jumped out to a 3-1 halftime lead, the Pioneers roared back in the second half to come out on top.
