In his transition report, Commissioner Jaime Morente listed numerous achievements of the bureau, as well as continuing plans and programs. He said they have implemented both short and medium-term solutions to eliminate irregularities by revamping and continuously rotating all personnel assigned at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA).
