Golden Rule Grocery opens in Roseville By Susan VanArsdale ROSEVILLE — There is a new grocery store in Roseville. Linden Beard opened The Golden Rule Grocery Feb. 16. It is located at 235 E Penn Ave. When Beard heard the grocery store was closing last year, he said, “It just came to me. Go see about buying it.” His family encouraged him and now it is a reality. The name Golden Rule Grocery comes from the Bible.
