Pentagon greatly concerned. new developments in the death of colorado's prison chief tom clements. court officials say the man accused of killing him, evan evenle, was released from prison four years early because of a clerical mistake. evenle was supposed to serve additional time for punching a prison guard but the court order failed to specify that the assault sentence should be consecutive and not concurrent. in other words in addition to the time he was already serving. >> i feel confident they will fix the problem going forward and that won't happen again. it's probably worth the effort...
