Sensex rallies 400 pts, Nifty above 13,650; HDFC twins lead

The domestic equity benchmarks ended the session near the day's high on Wednesday, mirroring positive global shares. Barring the Nifty PSU Bank index, all the sectoral indices on the NSE ended in the green. The S&P BSE Sensex, jumped 403.29 points or 0.87% at 46,666.46.
