The BJP criticized Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for repeatedly missing the Enforcement Directorate's summonses in connection with the alleged Delhi excise policy scam. BJP spokesperson Gaurav Bhatia alleged that Kejriwal is fearing his arrest as he knows he is the 'kingpin' of the scam. Bhatia questioned why Kejriwal doesn't challenge the ED's summons in court instead of writing letters and avoiding them. He warned Kejriwal that he is not above the law and will not survive.
