This is most certainly something attributable to either russian elements or elements that are working on behalf of russia. there are real execution efforts we have to understand where this is coming from. let's put this into context. this is a cyber attack, absolutely. a ddos attack and distributed service attack, it doesn't rank up there with an attack that happened, for example, a month ago. there were 70 ukrainian websites that were impacted by a very severe russian attack and then you go back a few years and the entire power grid was shut down. this is kind of a message, kind of a warning ...
