Shares in Hummingbird Resources fell 20 per cent to 13.23p on Monday because of unrest and illegal road blockades at Hummingbird Resources's Yanfolila gold mine, after the company halted operations at Yanfolila gold mine in southern Mali, the company's only production mine, because of safety concerns. The miner said the operation would remain closed until conditions improved.
