A 191-page report cleared the president of any wrongdoing, with the acting public protector finding no basis to conclude that he contravened the Executive Ethics Code.
This comes in the wake of acting Public Protector, Advocate Kholeka Gcaleka, clearing President Cyril Ramaphosa of any wrongdoing in the Phala Phala farm matter.
In a 191-page report, which Eyewitness News has seen, Gcaleka cleared Ramaphosa of any wrongdoing, saying she found no basis to conclude that Ramaphosa contravened the Executive Ethics Code.
