President Cyril Ramaphosa's Phala Phala farm is "processing" Sudanese businessman Hazim Mustafa's claim for a refund for buffalo.
Presidential spokesperson Vincent Magwenya said they have noted the report of the acting Public Protector which absolves the president of alleged abuse of power or breaches of the Executive Ethics Code.
The party's secretary-general, Fikile Mbalula said those who disagree with the report must go to the courts and that the ANC would respect the outcome.
Suspended Public Protector says the three arms of state are to blame for the MP's death, and has again called for the removal of the chair of the section 194 committee into her fitness to hold office.
In a country where the history of political interference is well documented, it leaves the concerns about the delays justified.
