SANDAKAN: The Director of a food distribution company from Kulai, Johor, was fined RM7,000 for an offence under the Food Act 1983 at the Magistrate’s Court, here, Wednesday The decision was read by Magistrate Mohd Azeem Mohd Ridzo after the accused confessed to the offence.
