Prison sentence for attack on vulnerable victim in Wellington
A PRISONER already serving 20 months has been given a further 20 weeks behind bars. Wesley George Galloway, 27, who is in Exeter Prison, pleaded guilty at Taunton Magistrates' Courts to a charge of assault occasioning actual bodily harm. The court was told that Galloway inflicted "significant injury" to the "vulnerable individual" in Fore Street, Wellington, on July 11 last year. Magistrates conceded that he may not have known the victim was vulnerable, but he should "take your victim as you find them".
