Lyvia Group acquires Aditso, a Visma ERP Technical Partner and specialists in hosting and IT infrastructure

November 7th, 2023: Lyvia Group, the European tech and software solutions group, have acquired Aditso AB and Aditso Hosting AB, a Swedish IT company specialising in business-critical services within private and public hosting, application operations and IT infrastructure. The acquisition of Aditso will add SEK 21,5m EBITDA to the group.
