13. Juni 2021, 18:00 Uhr Bern – Die Mehrheit der Schweizer Stimmbevölkerung will nichts unternehmen zur Reduktion des Treibhausgasausstosses. Das CO2-Gesetz wurde am Sonntag mit 51,6 Prozent abgelehnt. Die jahrelange Arbeit von Bundesrat und Parlament in Sachen Klimaschutz hat sich nicht ausbezahlt. Der breit getragene Kompromiss schaffte die letzte Hürde nicht.
