They have not actually made any kind of comment, these companies like nvidia, but you can expect there is going to be some sort of push by these companies to the biden administration to try and sort of rain in some of the new rules that they are doing. the chips that they are making our chips that are designed for artificial intelligence and increasingly, the american government believes that artificial intelligence falls under national security. there have been some more regulation but only kinds of chips these companies can export to china, so some of these rules have come into effect a few years ago and so what companies did is they created a new kind of chip that was not as sophisticated as those regular chips and that is what they would start exporting but now it seems even that subpar microchip they have been exporting, may not be suitable and therefore the biden administration. ....
