Could this be Windows 12 or the Next Valley update from Microsoft?
Microsoft could be working on the Next Valley update of Windows called Windows 12 and here are its supposed design changes. The screenshots of this Windows UI showed up in Microsoft’s presentation at Ignite 2022.
