Singapore: India-Singapore bilateral trade rose to USD 35.6 billion in 2022-23, a growth of 18.2 percent on the year, media reported.
A senior diplomat from the Indian High Commission announced that the trade between India and Singapore soared to USD 35.6 billion during the fiscal year 2022-23, marking an impressive growth of 18.2 per cent.
In terms of India's exports, Singapore is the sixth largest export destination in the world, and in terms of imports, the city-state is the eighth largest source for India globally during 2022-23.
The bilateral trade between Singapore and India saw significant growth in 2022-23, reaching USD 35.6 billion, marking an 18.2% increase from the previous year. T Prabakar, the First Secretary (Commerce) at the Indian High Commission in Singapore, highlighted these figures at the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) Third International Conference.
