FDA's Food Traceability Rule Begins Today
The FDA's final rule on food traceability begins January 20, 2023. Regulated entities will have a 3 year compliance period, with a compliance date of January 20, 2026 and be required to maintain records of Key Data Elements related to Critical Tracking Events for foods.
