Deep Dive: CFCC's climate survey failed to meet faculty expectations but still highlights concerns
Following multiple reports of a toxic workplace at Cape Fear Community College, faculty renewed the call for an independent, third-party climate survey. But that’s not what CFCC’s administration delivered. In spite of that, the survey does highlight some of the issues raised by current and former employees.
