Anyone. the real issue here is that we haven't had a good evaluation system. and my union and others have looked to how do we overhaul an evaluation system and how do we align due process with it. it's a false choice to say either no process or cumbersome process. and ultimately if you look at what teachers do, we are responsible for everything in a child's life. now, maybe that's not fair, i don't think it is. but ultimately that's what we try to do in instruction. and it's for all kids, not just some kids. and so ultimately we need to have a fairness process, not simply being told what to do...
