Urgency since august 15th of last year. you know, there hasn't been a coordinated plan. there's been lots of statements condemning the taliban, but not much in terms of actual actions. some of the action that's we think that they could take is for one thing, 13 members of the taliban leadership currently had exemptions to the travel bans that they're under. those exemptions expire on august 20th. and we'd like to see the security council remove all of those exemptions and consider adding additional taliban leaders to be particularly involved in human right abuses to that risk. second of all in...
