The fast-moving storm brought widespread winter rainfall to San Diego on Thursday, blustery conditions, and more concerns about flooding.
Another stronger storm is expected to arrive Sunday, a week after historically heavy downpours left roadways, commercial districts and residential neighborhoods underwater across the region.
NWS issued a Flood Advisory lasting until 3:30 p.m.
Areas around San Diego County received anywhere from about a half-inch to an inch-and-a-half of rain, so far, from the storm on Feb. 1, 2024.
An 86-year-old driver, of Fallbrook, died in a rollover crash Wednesday in the Bonsall area, authorities said.
