According to the Montana Department of Health and Human Services, 705,044 COVID-19 vaccine doses have been administered and 320,384 Montanans are fully immunized. In Missoula, 100,518 doses have been administered and 45,518 people are fully immunized. Missoula County has had a total of 9,022 confirmed cases and 70 cases are currently active. Fallon County and the rest of southeastern Montana is still suffering under severe drought conditions despite recent light snow and rainfall in the region, according to a meteorologist in the Billings office of the National Weather Service.
