February 15, 2021 By Waterways Journal The Tulsa Engineer District has announced several lock closures on the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System for later this year. W.D. Mayo Lock, Mile 319.6, will be closed to navigation from 7 a.m. June 2 to noon June 3, and again from 7 a.m. June 9 to noon June 10. Webbers Falls Lock, Mile 366.6, will be closed from 7 a.m. November 3 to noon November 4, and again from 7 a.m. November 10 to noon November 11. The closures are for electrical repairs and upgrades.
