Easter Celebration Drive-Thru Market slated for Saturday Sara Jordan-Heintz Contributing writer Hop on over to Rinehart’s Family Farm this Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon to enjoy an Easter-themed drive-thru market, that is free and open to the public. Established in 1974, the farm, located seven miles northwest of Boone, has been hosting farmers’ markets since the 1980s. This is the first one offered specifically for Easter. Event coordinator Daniel Rinehart said the drive-thru style was implemented in 2020 as a way of dealing with COVID-19 safety precautions. People will be asked to stay in their vehicles and will be assigned a personal shopper.
