Post Credits Scene: Well-intentioned and well-acted, director Hansal Mehta's new film Faraaz uses its characters as pawns, and ultimately sacrifices them at the altar of politics.
Based on the real-life terrorist attack that ravaged a Dhaka cafe in 2016, Faraaz is a hostage drama starring Juhi Babbar, Aamir Ali, Zahan Kapoor and Aditya Rawal, among others.
The official trailer for Hansal Mehta's thriller film, "Faraaz", was released by T-Series, on its YouTube channel, earlier today. The film is said to be based on the tragic Holey Artisan incident which took place in Dhaka on July 1, 2016.
"Faraaz" is based on one of the most gruesome events in Bangladesh’s history, the Holey Artisan attack in 2016. The Hansal Mehta directorial is set to be released in cinema halls on February 3 this year, as announced by the makers.
