India's 'most wanted' Al-Qaida terrorist, Ikramul Haque, has been arrested in Bangladesh, along with his wife. Haque was the top leader of the Dawah wing of the international terrorist organisation Al-Qaeda in the Indian Subcontinent (AQIS). He was arrested after law enforcement officials in India had been seeking him since last year. His wife, Faria Afrin, was discovered to also be a member of the women's wing of the militant group, and she fraudulently gained Indian citizenship.
