 Farid Atti criticized the silence of the Damascus government on the plan to resettle refugees in the occupied areas by the Turkish occupation state, and questioned the statements made by the Damascus government regarding the unity of Syria, adding, ''On the ground, the Damascus government does the opposite of what it says, and its silence indicates that it is a partner in the settlement project.''

 The co-chair of the General Council of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria,the AANES, Farid Atti, refused to recognize the results of the meetings of the Constitutional Committee, pointing out that the constitution is a social contract that earns its legitimacy from the participation of everyone.
