Lacey Speak
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beautiful Lacey Robin Speak. Lacey passed on at home surrounded by family after a lengthy illness. She was welcomed into the arms of her angels on February 14th, 2021. Lacey was born March 23rd, 1988, the daughter of Glenda and Tim Speak. It was a difficult pregnancy that left Glenda fighting for her own life and Lacey's at the PAGH's Neonatal ICU. This is where she formed an incredible bond with her father. At just 5 lbs 15 1/2 oz she was cared for and tube fed by Tim. Tim fondly remembers how she fit in the palms of his hands. ...
