A woman who has been accused of harrassing a Latino family will appear in court.

A St. Louis family's Ring video captures Judy Kline banging on their front door, going through their mail and hurling racist remarks at them.

Fatima Suarez said the abuse had been going on for a year as Judy Kline, a woman they had no prior interaction with, would frequently come to the door, damage property and steal their mail.
