His brother, Filimoni Loco, said it was a big loss to the family and rugby. “He was a very kind man. As a big brother, we all look up to him,” Filimoni said. “He was always protective and an open-minded person. He was caring and always make people feel comfortable. “It was really hard for us to relay the message to our mother who is bed-ridden. It is hard losing someone you look up to as a mentor and a pillar of strength in our family.” ....
