New CSSF Interactive Digital Portal: E-Prospectus - Corporate/Commercial Law
To print this article, all you need is to be registered or login on Mondaq.com. The CSSF has built a new digital portal (e-Prospectus) where issuers will, as of 1 March 2021, be able to submit and follow their application requests under the Prospectus Regulation and the Luxembourg Prospectus Law.
