Finance Personnel Updates May 7, 2021 At the end of February, Rusty Thomas, Purchasing Manager, retired from the University after 30 years of service. Rusty will be missed but he has a full life waiting for him outside of Ohio University. We wish him all the best! Effective March 5, Rachel Patrick, Director of Payments & Capital Spending, left the University to pursue another employment opportunity.
