Decision to strip school of budget was 'not political'
A DECISION to strip a Herefordshire border school of its budget was “not political” according to a senior council officer. At Powys County Council’s (PCC) Finance Panel meeting on April 9, questions were asked about why one school had been stripped of its financial responsibility, while others with larger deficits, still control their own finances.
