Biometrics, some have arrived from brussels or paris having done it and are now sitting waiting for the visa process to get through. i would expect of the hundreds of people in northern france, and belgium, who are waiting for this process to be complete, they will probably find that it will be done before next tuesday so the announcement today really won't make much difference to them. it will be making a difference to the people you will be seen coming in through poland and moldova and romania at the moment, people still crossing the border. it will be easier for them at some stage next week...
