READERS have sent their good wishes to the mountain rescue team volunteer who fell 150m on a call-out at the weekend. The member of the Patterdale Mountain Rescue Team suffered 'significant' injuries during the incident in the early hours of Saturday morning. The team had been called out to an individual with chest pains, who was camping on Red Screes, above the Kirkstone Pass.
