Good morning from bbc london. i'm alison earle. the number of older, more polluting vehicles in the ultra low emission zone has dropped by more than a third since it was expanded in october. figures released by city hall show in the first month, 92% of vehicles met the new emissions standard, compared with 39% in 2017. the mayor said millions are now benefitting from cleaner air. but in a survey by finance firm carvine, two thirds of londoners said they believe the scheme is about generating money. night tube services will be disrupted again this weekend due to another strike by drivers. membe...
