Plus d'un an après l'annonce de son abandon, la "clé d'étranglement", technique d'interpellation policière controversée, est désormais officiellement remplacée par trois autres techniques prohibant toute pression continue et prolongée au niveau du larynx.
Depuis longtemps, la
“clé d’étranglement” était critiquée, mais en janvier 2020, le décès d’un livreur, Cédric Chouviat, après un contrôle à Paris par des policiers avait déclenché un tollé général.
