Donald Ramsay Andrews
Donald Ramsay Andrews passed away peacefully in his 90th year on February 21, 2021 after a brief hospitalization. He was born in Fort William October 6, 1931 to Margaret and Geoffrey Andrews. He is survived by his wife Anne (Roseview Manor), his daughter and son-in-law Susan and Frank Carlisle, and his adored granddaughters Meghan Cote and her husband Tom, and Erin Carlisle all of Barrie, Ontario.
