From Staff Reports First Commonwealth Bank has awarded $1,000 First Commonwealth Bank Scholarships to Dalton Dobyns of Moon Area High School and Nathan Inman of Beaver Falls High School.  Candidates were asked to share an essay that illustrated their commitment to academics while improving and servicing their community.
