Lutsky appointed Deputy Head of Belarus President Administration
MINSK, 5 April (BelTA) – Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has appointed Igor Lutsky Deputy Head of the Belarus President Administration. Until now Igor Lutsky was Information Minister, BelTA has learned.
Igor Lutsky will replace Andrei Kuntsevich who held this post since August 2019.
Igor Lutsky was born in the town of Stolin, Brest Oblast in 1972.
He graduated from Belarusian State University in 1994 and the Academy of Public Administration under the Aegis of the President of Belarus in 2000.
In 1995-2000 he worked at the Ministry of State Property Management and Privatization of the Republic of Belarus where he was in charge of databases. In 2000-2002 he was advisor, Deputy Head of the Department of Informatics and Office Equipment of the Chancellery of the President of Belarus.
