There are five foundational principles or characteristics that leaders need to develop in their teams in order to achieve high performance, says Providence College School of Continuing Education faculty member Sarah Graumann who delved into each on GoLocal LIVE. 
According to Graumann, who teaches Leading Teams, a foundational course in the school’s Leadership Development degree and certificate programs, they are trust, healthy conflict, commitment, accountability and results.
