fbusch@nujournal.com SLEEPY EYE — Police Chief Matt Andres discussed the virtues of surveillance cameras at the Sleepy Eye City Council Tuesday. “I think this is the future of law enforcement,” said Andres. “We tested them at Sportsmans Park because there is Wi-Fi there. They have 30 days of video storage and learned the cameras were good.
