Flagstaff Pulliam Airport is temporarily closed for a runway maintenance project.All but helicopter operations are affected.An airport statement says crews will be applying a sealant to extend the life of the runway, and add pavement markings. The runway was repaved in 2017.Commercial and general aviation operations are expected to resume as normal July 16.
