Two key moderate holdouts, senator manchin and senator sinema, on that $1.75 trillion bill that he said he believes they could vote on potentially as soon as this week, which he said he does believe it's going to get passed because neither of them, jim, have explicitly said yes publicly, that they do endorse that framework and will be a yes vote on it. they've kind of talked around it publicly. but as the president was leaving the room, he did flash a thumb's up saying he believes they have committed to signing on to that. it's something significant. reporters on the hill will follow up on it ...
