Remote and distance (RAD) Learning was first offered by the Southwestern University PHINMA to its college students in 2020. RAD Learning enabled the students to continue their studies while still following the government’s safety protocols for Covid-19.
RAD Learning is 100 percent home learning. It allows students to continue studying while away from school. This learning modality is designed to provide an alternative way for students to continue the learning journey while ensuring their safety and well-being during this period. ....
