After closing near the start of the pandemic, the Flushing library has no heat — or reopening date.

Cusenza The City will open a new vaccination site at Flushing Library, with plans to open additional sites in partnership with the Queens Public Library system to serve community members in neighborhoods across the borough, Mayor Bill de Blasio announced Tuesday.
