SINGAPORE - Crowds still formed at hawker centres, foodcourts and coffee shops on Saturday (May 8) even though new rules requiring people to gather only in groups of five, from eight previously, have started to kick in. Most people kept to the five-person limit but the 1m safe distancing measure did not seem to be enforced at some of the places The Straits Times checked out.
