Celtic Park. CELTIC’S cryptic Twitter statement had fans of the Parkhead club as well as supporters of their city rivals Rangers scratching their heads tonight. The Glasgow giants published an ambiguous message on the social media website earlier this evening that read as follows: “Celtic Football Club Statement: “Not our problem.” There is also a rolling eyes emoji. The post is a direct reference to a line in the letter that Rangers chairman Douglas Park sent to First Minister Nicola Sturgeon yesterday in response to public criticism of the newly-crowned Scottish champions. Both the Scottish government and Police Scotland were scathing about the alleged lack of action from the Govan outfit after thousands of their followers flouted Covid-19 lockdown rules and took to the streets to celebrate their Premiership victory on Saturday and Sunday.
